The PLANSPONSOR On Target Index Series ("OTIS") by TDA are a set of benchmark indexes for target date funds. They are accumulation indexes which begin 40 years before the target date and end at the target date. Unlike other target date indexes, there is a Defensive Allocation, Conservative Allocation, a Moderate Allocation, and an Aggressive Allocation for each target date cohort. |

| 1. Defensive |
| 2. Conservative
| | 3. Moderate |
4. Aggressive

|
| Target Dates: Current/Today, 2010, 2020, 2030, 2040 and 2050 |
TDA also provides a Peer Average Series that is the equal-weighted average performance across all target date mutual funds within each specific target date cohort.
Note that TDA provides benchmarks for Accumulation funds only and does not intend to provide benchmarks for Distribution funds. Additional target dates will be added through time.
Non-Exclusive Index Returns
TDA provides monthly rates of return on the above indexes for free for all takers. Inception date is January 1998.
Semi-Exclusive Data for Partners Only
In addition to monthly returns, TDA can also provide the following monthly index data for use in performance evaluation and attribution:
| Allocations and returns for the following five asset classes:

2. Non-U.S. Stocks
3. Bonds
4. Cash plus TIPs
5. Other

|
| Weight (size) of assets in each target date cohort, for use in fund family analyses |
